Humbling Processes:
Marriage.
Being a parent.
Friendship.
Trying to learn a new skill, or develop an ability.
Work, particularly a new job.
School, particularly the more difficult subjects.
Things like that.
But most of all, recognizing one’s need for Christ.
Political participation, though, often isn’t humbling. It can be, but often isn’t, because it’s less immediate, and more about condemning others selfishly, too often.
